Robins Interiors & Design is a boutique design centre in Sussex, NB, specializing in cabinetry, flooring, countertops, tile, hardware, lighting and other related finishes. We offer a curated, design-led showroom experience supported by knowledgeable staff and a personalized approach to every project. Our sister company, J.M. Robins Construction, manages installation, allowing us to support clients from initial selection through to completed work.

About the role

We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations and logistics of our showroom. This role ensures product arrives on schedule, the showroom is well presented, orders move efficiently from supplier to client, and the team is equipped to perform. The Store Manager serves as the central coordination point between our sales team, our suppliers, and our installation division.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee showroom operations, including floor presentation, displays, inventory, and daily readiness
- Coordinate receiving, product inspection, and supplier logistics
- Manage orders from purchase through delivery, identifying and resolving delays proactively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal systems and records
- Support the sales team with scheduling, follow-through,



and order accuracy
- Coordinate countertop templating and delivery timing with the installation division
- Maintain process discipline to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

Qualifications

- 2+ years in retail, showroom, or operations management
- Strong computer skills are required; confidence working across multiple software systems daily
- Excellent organizational and logistical judgment, with the ability to anticipate issues
- A detail-oriented approach and dependable follow-through
- Strong communication skills and the ability to keep a team aligned
- Interest in interior design, renovation, or the building trades is an asset
