Sign Installer / Helper — High-Profile Projects (Toronto / GTA)

We’re growing our installation team! Mark’s Sign Service installs large-scale architectural

and illuminated signage for some of Toronto’s most recognized brands, developers, and

public spaces.

We’re now hiring **Experienced Sign Installers** and **Sign Installer Helpers** to join our

crew and work on exciting, high-profile projects across the GTA.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Install structural, illuminated, digital, and large-format signage on commercial sites

- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

- Operate lifts, boom trucks, swing stages and rigging systems for heavy lifts

- Assist in loading/unloading, prepping materials, and maintaining tools and vehicles

- Ensure safety compliance (WHMIS, working-at-heights,POST site protocols)

- Represent the company professionally on job sites and client-facing projects

What We’re Looking For

**Sign Installer (Senior Role):**

- 5+ years experience installing commercial or architectural signage

- Strong mechanical skills, blueprint reading, and electrical knowledge

- Valid Ontario G-class licence, clean record class D preferred

- Working-at-Heights and Lift/Boom certifications, swingstage preferred

- Leadership ability and pride in quality workmanship





**Sign Installer Helper (Entry / Intermediate Role):**

- 1–2 years experience in construction, signage, or related trade preferred

- Physically capable, reliable, and eager to learn the signage industry

- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all seasons

- Valid G-class licence clean record

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

What We Offer

**Competitive pay:*

- Sign Installer: $30–$45/hr (depending on experience and certifications)

- Sign Installer Helper: $22–$30/hr (depending on experience)
