We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 or Class 3 Truck Fuel Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting fuel and related products to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining strict safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, familiarity with heavy equipment operation, and a commitment to safety and customer service. Duties
- Operate Class 1 or Class 3 commercial trucks for fuel delivery routes across designated areas
- Safely load and unload fuel using appropriate equipment, including forklifts when necessary
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Manage freight documentation, delivery logs, and related paperwork accurately
- Assist with the operation of heavy equipment and perform basic automotive repairs as needed
- Ensure proper handling and storage of fuel to prevent spills or accidents
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the truck and delivery area at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and issues
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Experience in commercial driving, freight handling, or heavy equipment operation preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics is a plus
- Robust understanding of safety protocols related to fuel transport and handling
- Excellent organizational skills for managing delivery schedules and documentation
- Ability to work independently, follow directions precisely, and uphold safety standards at all times
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads, perform vehicle inspections, and handle equipment safely
Pay: $33.00-$40.04 per hour
