Portland Street Pizza, located inside Eighty-Eight Brewing Company, is looking for a creative, high-energy Sous Chef to help lead our pizza kitchen. This role is perfect for a natural leader who loves great food, great beer and a great team.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in leading, training, and inspiring a team of ~10 cooks
- Run day-to-day kitchen operations and execute service on busy nights
- Assist in ordering, inventory, food costing and labour costing
- Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency and cleanliness
- Regularly meet with Taproom management
- Work on the line and lead by example
- Support menu development and feature programming

Schedule

- Friday – Tuesday with Wednesdays and Thursdays off
- Primary focus on evenings with occasional earlier afternoon shifts to accommodate for meetings, operational needs or shorter service hours
