In this role, you will create lesson plans for swim and lifesaving courses and lead active programming at our aquatic facility. Upholding safety standards, you will respond to feedback and ensure all participants are secure. You'll complete evaluations and maintain an organized and clean pool setting, contributing positively to our community's aquatic experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and teach swim lessons based on curriculum
• Implement Swim Admission Policy during programs




• Document student evaluations and progress accurately
• Conduct maintenance of pool equipment and facilities
• Participate in scheduled training sessions throughout the year
Requirements:
• National Lifeguard - Pool certification required
• Must have Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor certification
• First Aid and CPR certification necessary
• Willingness to gain Lifesaving Instructor Certificate in 6 months
• Experience with children is an asset
