In this full time role at Morse St. Child Care, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated team in caring for children. Your responsibilities include planning, guiding, and supervising daily activities, all while adhering to educational policies and quality care standards. Ensure a nurturing setting that addresses the needs of every child.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and supervising group programs for children
• Address and manage developmental behaviors effectively
• Document daily attendance and health information
• Supervise children during outdoor activities and outings
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the facility
Requirements:
• Certified Early Childhood Assistant or related qualification
• Current Standard First Aid/CPR-C certification
• Health assessment with necessary immunizations
• Fiercely dedicated to children's welfare and education
• Solid communication skills and ability to take direction
