Our architecture and design firm is looking for an OAA Intern or Architectural Designer with a minimum of five years post-graduate experience. Candidates with prior work on mid-sized projects, including schools and community centers, are preferred. You will contribute to projects ranging from $10 to $120 million while creating high-quality drawings and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and document mid-sized community-focused projects
• Produce transparent, accurate, comprehensive drawings using Revit
• Collaborate with team members and external partners effectively




• Understand Ontario Building Code and building science fundamentals
• Maintain comprehensive and consistent project documentation
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in architecture or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technologist certification
• Proven experience in community projects (schools, clinics, etc.)
• Robust Revit skills essential for drawing production
• Effective communication in English, both spoken and written
