You will work under the supervision of the Land Development Manager, responsible for daily operations within the Land Development Section. This includes monitoring activities, developing annual business plans, and liaising between civic departments and developers. The position requires robust communication skills and knowledge in municipal land development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and direct land development activities
• Maintain communications with developers and engineers
• Prepare and submit the Land Development Business Plan




• Organize development agreements and reports for City Council
• Coordinate responses to development inquiries and applications
Requirements:
• Degree in a related field
• Four years of municipal land development experience
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• Current driver’s abstract with a secure driving record
• Knowledge of autoCAD software is an asset
