As a Registered Practical Nurse in the Emergency Department, you are expected to effectively manage urgent patient needs. The position requires at least one year of emergency or telemetry experience, along with two years in Med/Surg. Candidates must demonstrate clinical skills, including IV therapy and patient education, while collaborating with a diverse healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide urgent assessment and care for patients
• Initiate and manage IV therapy for patients
• Educate patients and families about their treatment




• Work efficiently in a quick-paced emergency environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care
Requirements:
• CNO registration in positive standing
• ACLS and current BCLS certification
• One year experience in emergency nursing
• Two years experience in Med/Surg
• Robust communication skills for team collaboration
