You will excel in dispatching rental vehicles, customer invoicing, and hands-on asset management. Your ability to coordinate operations will drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Coordinate rental reservations and understand vehicle requirements
• Administer rental agreements and invoicing processes




• Conduct check out/in of rental equipment and document damages
• Manage preventative maintenance scheduling with customers
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Experience in truck or automotive dealerships is a plus
• Proficiency with computer software and systems
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's Abstract and Criminal Record Check
