In this role, you will manage a caseload, conduct assessments, and implement improvement evaluations to enhance clients' quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain an individual caseload
• Complete intake and assessments for residents




• Design and implement evaluation schedules for clients
• Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards
• Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Understanding of issues faced by marginalized communities
• Experience in residential settings is preferred
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Valid Ontario driver’s license is an asset
