Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare annual and long-range benefits budget submissions
• Present forecasts to influential stakeholders
• Develop and monitor benefit cost models




• Prepare reconciliation for external auditors
• Assist in special projects within Financial Services
Requirements:
• University degree with a recognized accounting designation
• Minimum 3 years in perks and pension accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with U of T's Administrative Management System
