In this role at Extendicare, you'll help seniors navigate their daily activities while ensuring their dignity and comfort. You will follow established care plans, assist with personal hygiene, and provide emotional support to residents and their families. Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to and implement the care plans set by supervisors
• Assist with residents' personal care and hygiene
• Monitor and report on residents’ health changes




• Help with meal preparation and nutrition planning
• Engage with families to address concerns
Requirements:
• Finished Personal Support Worker certification program
• Background in senior care within community health
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Current certification in First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Must have a Criminal Background Check or willingness to obtain one
