Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, this position requires proficiency in cake decoration and management of product displays. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and maintaining the integrity of all merchandise. Additionally, you will supervise operations and train team members, enhancing customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer questions and provide solutions
• Maintain stock levels and ensure attractive displays
• Monitor quality and minimize product damages
• Conduct general cleanliness of working areas
• Assist in developing unique bakery products
Requirements:
• Successful completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Relevant bakery and decorating experience
• Must pass in-house testing
• Supervisory skills are an asset
• Training from S.A.I.T. or similar preferred
