As part of the All-Fab Group, Nu-Fab seeks reliable individuals willing to learn and grow. This role requires standing and safely lifting between 25 to 50 lbs. Previous experience in truss assembly is an asset, but we prioritize a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Team Leader to prepare workstations
• Assemble roof and floor trusses from pre-engineered designs
• Regularly inspect tools and completed work
• Keep the workstation organized and clean
• Handle tools and equipment responsibly
Requirements:
• Truss building experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Experience in a construction or manufacturing setting
• Solid verbal and written English skills
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
