Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for elderly clients
• Create and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the team




• Provide ongoing crisis intervention and follow-up services
• Liaise with community resources to support client needs
• Document clinical activities and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• At least one year of experience in geriatric mental health
• Valid registration with a qualified body
• Class V BC Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
