Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll oversee the repairs of dental handpieces, contributing to their effective operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role also includes creating invoices, managing inventory, and developing maintenance schedules. Candidates should be able to perform under pressure and demonstrate effective multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute maintenance and overhaul procedures for handpieces
• Formulate maintenance schedules and conduct regular evaluations
• Generate accurate quotes and support invoice requests
• Supervise inventory levels for repair supplies
• Provide timely customer service through various channels
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in the dental repair field
• Solid attention to detail and mechanical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated communication skills with clients and teams
• Ability to navigate challenging situations professionally
