Key Responsibilities:
• Guide interpretation and administration of collective agreements
• Oversee grievance processes and conduct investigations
• Partner with operations on performance and attendance




• Foster positive relationships with union leadership
• Participate in collective bargaining and workplace improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of progressive labour relations experience
• Experience in managing conflicts and grievances
• Comprehensive knowledge of Ontario labour legislation
• Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license for site travel around Ontario
