This full time position offers you a chance to lead surveying efforts focused on community land development. You will work alongside skilled specialists to implement effective surveying practices using GNSS and total stations. Your work will help define project designs and ensure successful execution in office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and supervise the work of survey assistants
• Analyze engineering design drawings for accuracy
• Coordinate with contractors and site supervisors
• Conduct diverse surveys for land development
• Organize and transfer survey data effectively
Requirements:
• Experience with GNSS and survey apparatus
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
• Leadership skills in team environments
• Awareness of safety protocols and equipment handling
• Knowledge of construction layout report preparation
