The Finisher role requires diligent attention to detail while performing grounding tasks under the guidance of lead hands. You will be trained on equipment, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a protected work workplace by following established practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct grounding tasks as directed by supervisors
• Ensure your work area is clean and organized
• Verify quality standards and take corrective actions

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools and processes
• Ability to interpret blueprints effectively
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs independently
