This senior recruiter position gives you the chance to establish Terminal's technical hiring function. You will protect talent density as we scale from a small team into a larger organization. Work closely with our CEO and CTO to ensure high standards in technical hiring while managing every aspect from sourcing to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end technical recruiting across engineering and data roles
• Build a live map of desired Toronto engineering candidates
• Craft personalized messaging for outbound candidate outreach




• Maintain pipeline health and monitor candidate metrics
• Coordinate with CTO and technical leads on bar calibration
Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical recruiting in competitive markets
