ACCIONA and Amico seek an Environmental Inspector for the Ontario Line project. Play a critical role in upholding environmental standards through inspections and documentation.
As part of the environmental team, you will ensure construction activities comply with environmental regulations and best practices. This position requires working onsite to address environmental deficiencies and collaborate with various teams. A proactive approach is necessary to mitigate potential impacts on the setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections to evaluate environmental compliance
• Prepare and submit detailed monitoring reports
• Investigate public complaints and environmental incidents




• Collaborate with third-party environmental vendors as needed
• Support development of environmental reports and presentations
Requirements:
• At least three years of experience in environmental monitoring
• Certification in Sediment and Erosion Control preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively in all weather conditions
