We are looking for staff who hold diploma's in Early Childhood Education, Child & Youth Work or Recreation & Leisure. WELC is looking for an ECA/Child Care worker to work part time in our before and after school program from August 2026 to November 2026.

The hours are:

Split Shifts: 7am - 9am AND 2:30pm - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday

Some full days (8 hour shift) maybe required.

Requirements:

- Must have valid First Aid and CPR (level C)
- Recent criminal reference check with Vulnerable Sector Check (within 6 months of hiring)
- Up to date immunizations and be a member in good standing of The College of Early Childhood Educators.

Pay listed includes base wage and all applicable grants.

Start date: Training to commence Aug 24th, programs start September 8th.
