Job Description

Tez Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers / Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to provide in-home support to clients in the community. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, dependable, and committed to improving clients’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality and skilled boundaries

Qualifications & Requirements





- Caregiver or Health Care Assistant certification preferred
- Previous caregiving experience (home care, long-term care, or hospital) is an asset
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Criminal Record Check (clear)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
