Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized and professional Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Northgate Medical Clinic in Winnipeg. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, we’d love to hear from you.

Position: Full-Time

Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (No evenings or weekends)

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Process billing, collect payments, and perform general administrative duties.
- Support physicians and healthcare staff with daily clinic operations.
- Accurately prepare, process, and fax prescriptions, lab requisitions, referrals, insurance forms, and other medical documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications





- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a medical office or clinic is an asset.
- Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality.
