Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Create and manage repair orders
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
- Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services
- Process payments and maintain service records
- Ensure a clean and professional front desk experience

Qualifications

- 1+ year experience in automotive service or customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with shop management software (e.g., Mitchell, ALLDATA) is a plus




- Valid driver’s license preferred
