We're looking for an experienced construction skilled to assist in coordinating day-to-day site operations for our renovation projects, including trade coordination, job site safety, and quality control across the entire project. This person should also be capable of completing renovation work independently (framing, drywall, paint, ceramic tile, trim, and similar finishing work) when hands-on work is needed. Strong customer relations skills are essential, as this person will work directly with customers on site throughout the project. Responsibilities also include maintaining clean, organized job sites, providing regular progress reporting via JobTread, and serving as the main point of contact for vendors and subtrades. Requires 5-10 years of construction experience, ability to read plans, keep jobs on schedule, and solve problems independently on site. Must have own basic tools. Comfortable using basic computer tools for scheduling and reporting. Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and have reliable transportation.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
