Duties

❖Live out the Mission, Vision, and Values of the company daily. Accountable to lead the sales team at a high level, mentoring team members to think "production capability first" when building solutions.

❖ Bridge the gap between a client's creative goals and budget realities to find profitable, viable print solutions.





❖ Ensure "Production-Ready" orders by mastering order specification capture, quote accuracy, and detailed project onboarding.

❖ Maintain Brand Standards for Sidekick and its partners, ensuring all outbound client facing materials look professional and polished.

❖ Collaborate effectively with Design for clarity on concept feasibility and Production for real-time updates on capacity and timelines.

❖ Troubleshoot client onboarding or quoting errors, tracing root causes to consistently update and refine the sales-to-design workflow.

❖ Contribute to quarterly staff meetings with actionable ideas to improve customer retention and sales-to production workflows.

❖ Maintain organizational systems for client accounts, sales funnels, CRM data, and contract archives.

❖ Actively manage key client accounts and follow up on incoming leads with urgency to meet company growth targets.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
