Empire Auto is a fast-growing dealership committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to help connect customers with the right vehicle and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Position Summary
As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers contacting Empire Auto through phone, email, text, website inquiries, and social media. Your primary responsibility is to build relationships, answer questions, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to internet leads quickly via phone, text, and email.
- Answer inbound sales calls professionally.
- Contact customers regarding vehicle inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm showroom appointments.
- Follow up with missed appointments and unsold customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment success.
- Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction.
- Meet daily and monthly appointment and contact goals.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or automotive experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, and texting platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Sales experience is an asset but not required.
