Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and code vendor invoices according to procedures
• Record invoices and documents in the accounting system
• Process electronic payments and issue checks accurately
• Conduct month-end closes for accounts payable
• Establish new vendor accounts and maintain records
Requirements:
• DEP diploma or college-level diploma in Accounting
• At least 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Advanced French and intermediate English proficiency
• Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
• Autonomy and robust analytical abilities
