The Registered Respiratory Therapist collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care. This position requires a current General Certificate of Registration and offers levels of pay from $38.35 to $53.28 per hour based on experience. Candidates should demonstrate independence in their work while building effective relationships in a patient-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services
• Adhere to hospital policies and standards of practice
• Document patient assessments and care accurately
• Provide bilingual services in English and French if possible
• Follow COVID-19 vaccination guidelines as required
Requirements:
• Valid General Certificate from the College of Respiratory Therapists
• Proven problem-solving and communication skills
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
• BCLS certification and CPR capabilities
• Willingness for adaptable shift work including weekends
