In this position, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a diverse range of diesel-powered vehicles and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will possess Journeyman certification and a solid grasp of hydraulic and electrical systems. Collaboration with operators and supervisors is essential, ensuring that all work complies with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Perform repairs on trucks, loaders, and excavators
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative servicing




• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality work
Requirements:
• Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certification or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulics
• Familiarity with brands like CAT, Komatsu, and John Deere preferred
• Valid driver's license with Class 1 or 3 an asset
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
