You will play a key role in maintaining effective communication at North Bay Regional Health Centre and Kirkwood Place in Sudbury. Utilizing your switchboard experience, you'll ensure proper call logging, oversee paging systems, and work with emergency procedures. Your advanced English and French skills will enhance communication efficiency in this critical healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and assist with emergency procedures
• Operate the overhead paging system for announcements




• Conduct porter dispatch using two-way radio
• Guide visitors and support hospital staff as needed
• Perform cashier duties including badge distribution
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent education required
• Demonstrated switchboard operation experience
• Proficiency in keyboarding (40 wpm) and computer use
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (English and French) required
