You will be the functional lead on implementation projects, assuming responsibility for the customer‑specific application design and providing oversight to the team during application configuration, testing, knowledge transfer and rollout activities.Requirements5+ years of Accounting or FP&A experience, focusing on financial reporting, budgeting, consolidations, and/or close management.Hands‑on experience with financial reporting and budgeting.Experience managing and/or implementing Financial Management software.Strong executive presence to interact with senior‑level executives.Customer‑centric mindset, with a strong sense of urgency for customer care.Robust project management, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.Extremely organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesAssess and optimize existing implementations/builds of Planful’s Financial Performance Management Suite.Manage multiple customer consultations and projects for Planful focused on planning, close management and reporting processes.Facilitate discovery and design sessions with clients to assess business requirements.Develop in‑depth knowledge of key accounts through ongoing engagement,
