Key Responsibilities:
• Support GM with hiring and training restaurant team members
• Resolve guest and employee incidents effectively




• Monitor compliance with health and safety standards
• Supervise intake orders for food and beverage
• Review sales and inventory metrics for budget management
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of service steps and best practices
• Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant Management preferred
• Familiarity with Italian food and beverage preferred
