Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support committee meetings, travel, and logistics
• Prepare meeting minutes and maintain committee records




• Assist in volunteer orientation and recognition processes
• Track committee member terms and notify the Associate Director
• Provide reception relief coverage as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ experience in an office workplace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
