Key Responsibilities:
Architect and validate firmware for IoT devices
Mentor team members and ensure quality deliverables
Review designs and enforce coding standards

Requirements:
Robust experience in C/POSIX and multithreaded development
Proven expertise in embedded Linux systems
Knowledge of communication protocols (UART, SPI, CAN)
Capability to read schematics and troubleshoot embedded systems
Experience with Git and CI/CD methodologies
