As a Digital Solutions Delivery Manager here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers.

You will report directly to our North America Director of Digital Solutions, and you’ll work on a Remote work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and the growth of the organization by driving operational excellence and customer loyalty.

YOU MUST HAVE

- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service management or a similar role

- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

The annual base salary range for this position is $115K to $170K in Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and oversee the Field Service team, ensuring productive and effective service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction
- Assign and schedule field service technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements
- Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Achieve annual software AOP related to annual Forge connections target, MCOE annual hours target and Forge Revenue target for the region managed.
