Responsibilities

- Provide expert hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and offering qualified advice.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments efficiently.




- Communicate clearly with clients about hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling tips.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for clients and staff.

Experience

- Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a strong portfolio of haircutting and styling skills.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their desired looks.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and maintaining a hygienic workspace.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client needs.
- Previous experience working at the front desk or handling retail sales is a plus.
- A passion for current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
