Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager (BC) at OK Tire Canada. In this position, you will focus on building and strengthening business relationships and partnerships within the BC region. Key responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic business plans, and executing sales initiatives. The role also entails evaluating market trends, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong background in business development, strategic planning, and sales management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills




- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to achieve growth
- Project management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with the automotive or retail industry is considered an asset
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and related sales software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Valid driver’s license + willing and able to travel within BC as required

Compensation

We’re committed to offering competitive and fair compensation. The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus bonus. Where you land within this range will depend on your skills, experience, and the expertise you bring to the role. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional proficiency and mastery may be considered for the higher end of the range, while those meeting core requirements typically start closer to the midpoint.
