Job Description:

0footprint is hiring a System Administrator for our Richmond, BC office. This is a full-time, on-site role with an early morning start, supporting our Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments end-to-end — from helpdesk tickets to advanced infrastructure and network security design.

Responsibilities:

- Provide helpdesk support for Windows Active Directory and Office 365
- Administer Intune, Teams Voice, SharePoint, and Azure cloud services
- Build automation and scripts for cloud and on-premise environments using PowerShell and Python
- Configure switches, access points, and firewalls
- Set up and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Configure and maintain Active Directory
- Configure and support hypervisors and storage systems
- Manage public cloud environments in Azure (required); GCP and AWS experience preferred
- Support cloud voice solutions
- Design network environments with a focus on cybersecurity (ZTNA, CASB)




- Maintain customer-facing documentation and manage support tickets
- Stand up and support Linux environments
- Provide desktop support across Windows, Linux, and Mac OS

Requirements:

- Solid hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role
- Technical degree or diploma required (Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field)
- Valid driver's license required
- Azure certification required (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-500, or equivalent)
- Preferred: GCP and/or AWS experience/certification
- Strong scripting ability in PowerShell and Python
- Familiarity with network security concepts (ZTNA, CASB)
- Strong spoken and written English — customer-facing role
- Able to work in office daily with an early morning start

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
