Maintenance Operator

The Town of Bay de Verde

The Town has an immediate opening for a Permanent, Full Time

Maintenance Operator (44 hours per week). The Maintenance Operator reports to the Town Council of Bay de Verde and is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of all Town property. This includes buildings, grounds, vehicles, equipment, water and sewer systems, town water supply and all other municipal works. A detailed position description is available upon request.

Qualifications

● Have a valid drivers license

● Provide a drivers abstract

● Be dependable and reliable

● Work well independently and as a team player

● Can commit to a flexible work schedule (days, evenings and

weekends)

● Be willing to complete training as required





● A current Code of Conduct required, if hired
