We are currently seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling HVAC and plumbing service workers. Scheduling installs and communicate with workers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate a positive experience for the customer. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with drivers and customers. Ability to type quickly and accurately - Robust analytical skills to assess routes effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with techs, customers, and internal teams.
