Now we're looking for a Foreman who can lead from the front.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Lead the Team. Solve Problems. Deliver Results.

- Drive exceptional service, maintenance, repair, installation, and construction execution.
- Coach, mentor, and develop technicians into top performers.
- Be the technical resource your team can depend on.
- Ensure crews have the tools, training, and support required to succeed.
- Manage schedules, manpower, and priorities while keeping jobs on track.
- Support technicians and customer service teams throughout the entire work order lifecycle.
- Review aging work orders and eliminate bottlenecks before they become problems.




- Respond to customer concerns and complex technical challenges.
- Conduct daily check-ins with your team and keep communication flowing.
- Manage vacation schedules, payroll approvals, and workforce coverage.
- Perform site visits, vehicle inspections, and quality audits.
- Deliver the kind of customer experience that keeps clients calling Gateway first.

- Strong HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or Service experience.
- The ability to lead skilled tradespeople in fast-paced environments.
- Solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

- Exceptional communication skills.
