Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server/Bartender to join our lively hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for our guests through excellent service and a welcoming attitude. Duties

- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service.
- Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items—including fine dining options—and making personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently with proper cash handling and cashiering skills while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Support catering events,



banquets, or nightclub functions by serving food and drinks promptly while managing multiple tables or stations.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality or guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; experience with fine dining, banquet events, or nightclubs is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Good math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math tasks like change calculation.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for order accuracy.
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude.
