- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Write detailed repair orders by accurately documenting customer complaints, vehicle symptoms, and requested services
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure proper diagnosis and repairs are completed efficiently
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on mechanical knowledge and customer needs to maximize service opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage invoices with integrity




- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair recommendations clearly and answering questions confidently
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business

Skills

- Proven experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
