Who We’re Looking For:

- 1-2 years of recent experience in automotive financial services with a proven track record of success
- Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
- Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced setting
- Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract




- Strong ability to create and maintain long‑term customer relationships
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 per year (Commission Based)

What Your Day Will Look Like:

- Present and close vehicle financing and insurance products in a professional, customer‑focused manner
- Clearly explain dealership policies, aftermarket products, and financing options
- Ensure full financial disclosure and complete accurate contracts and bills of sale
- Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing terms
- Process finance applications and ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and dealership standards
- Prepare, package, and manage all documentation required for vehicle delivery and trade‑in liens
- Support sales consultants with deal structuring, participate in sales meetings, and train team members on finance and lease programs
