Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support workplace modernization, office renovation, and real estate initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Practice Manager, Real Estate Delivery, you will work closely with project and program managers to coordinate active projects while helping deliver smaller office moves, renovations, and workplace improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, and can effectively track project progress, budgets, and deliverables.

Qualifications
Experience in project coordination, facilities management, workplace services, construction, or corporate real estate.
Understanding of construction or renovation projects from an owner's perspective is an asset.
Experience coordinating work across multiple departments and external vendors.
Robust proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Project Online.
Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
