Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize Life-of-Mine plans
Conduct technical evaluations on mining projects
Mentor planning teams and drive best practices
Develop production schedules and budgets
Monitor joint ventures for operational alignment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mining or Geological Engineering
At least 15 years in planning/supervisory roles
Extensive experience in underground mining
Proficient with mining software: Deswik or Vulcan
Solid analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
