About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in Capital Markets, specifically Repo and/or Securities Lending. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex business and technology initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects that support front-to-back office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects within the Repo and/or Securities Lending domain.- Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and delivery plans.- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.- Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communications.- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality and compliance standards.- Coordinate business analysis, testing, deployment,



and post-implementation support.- Identify prospects for process improvements and promote continuous delivery best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of Project Management experience delivering large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives.- Mandatory: Domain expertise in Repo and/or Securities Lending.- Solid understanding of Capital Markets products, trade lifecycle, and post-trade processes.- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with leading Investment Banks or Capital Markets organizations.- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other relevant Project Management certifications.- Exposure to regulatory initiatives, collateral management, or securities financing operations is an advantage.
